Tara Knight, a native of Jasper, joins Jasper OB GYN as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received both her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing from Indiana State University. Tara is certified by and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. She first became interested in obstetrics and gynecology after having the opportunity to shadow the physicians at Jasper OB GYN. Tara is honored to help care for women of any age. She understands that women’s health is a personal and highly individualized area of care.

Tara lives in Jasper with her husband, Travis and their son and daughter. Some of her personal interests are her dogs, playing cards, spending time with family and friends, and camping.
